Within 8 hours of payment: 95% refund
Within 24 hours of payment: 80% refund
After 24 hours: custom orders cannot be cancelled as production has already started. Order processing begins within 24 hours of payment - custom dolls are produced and stock dolls are ready to ship. During this time, materials are allocated and fees are incurred. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or after production has started.

Carefully inspect the product after receiving it

After receiving the doll, please carefully inspect the product for damage and missing accessories. We strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video, which will greatly help us resolve your issue as soon as possible when processing returns.
For some special cases, we provide the following solutions:
Wrong doll: If the doll does not match your order, please provide an unboxing video showing the entire doll, head, shipping label and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
Damaged doll: If the doll is found to be damaged when it is received, please report the damage to the carrier immediately and contact us. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will provide a repair kit, replacement or refund.
Lost package: File a claim with the carrier and notify us. To further ensure the safe delivery of the goods to the customer, we require an adult signature for most packages.
